Abstract: This study aimed to identify the role of human resources management in achieving job satisfaction for employees in private sector institutions. The researcher used the descriptive analytical approach, and the study population consisted of (680) workers. The researcher used a questionnaire to collect data from the study sample, which included (246) workers. The human resources management axes received high scores; Job planning received the highest scores, while selection and appointment received the lowest scores. The total degree of job satisfaction in the company is high and the scores of all areas of the job satisfaction axes are also high. There were strong and statistically significant correlations between human resources management and job satisfaction and their dimensions, which confirms the role of human resources management in achieving job satisfaction. There were statistically significant differences in human resources management and job satisfaction in favor of females. There were also statistically significant differences in favor of those with academic qualifications of a bachelor’s degree or higher versus a diploma or less. Moreover, there were statistical differences in the average sample estimates of the level of human resources management's role in achieving job satisfaction, in favor of department managers, department heads, and employees versus workers. Recommendations included choosing new strategies for the selection and appointment axes, considering the economic requirements and linking them to employees' salaries, and evaluating employees’ performance based on experience and achievement rather than academic certificates

Abstract: This study aims to investigate the degree of upper basic school teachers' use of artificial intelligence technologies in the educational process, in the light of the code of ethics for teachers. The population of the study consisted of all male and female upper basic school teachers at schools located in Hebron. The study sample included (70) teachers. The study adopts the analytical descriptive approach, and data was collected using questionnaires. The study's findings show that: the total score for the questionnaire was rated (high), from the perspectives of sample member, as the overall mean is valued at (3.56), with a standard deviation of (.469); and no statistically significant differences at the significance level of (0.05) were found among sample members' opinion on the questionnaire's axes and total score, as regards the variables (gender –years of experience). The study presents several recommendations, most importantly the following: the need for compliance with the code of ethics for teachers in the use of software; the necessity of encouraging the fair and comprehensive use of artificial intelligence in education; and the necessity that policymakers support artificial intelligence in the development of education policies.

Authors: Qabaha, Taher; Eleyan, Derar
Abstract: mobile cloud computing is an emerging technology that combines the power of cloud computing with the ubiquity of smartphones. This technology enables smart devices to access cloud computing resources. It offers various advantages, such as increased storage capacity, improved processing power, extended battery life, higher storage spaces, and faster response times. Mobile cloud computing has the potential to revolutionize mobile computing by providing users with anytime, anywhere access to cloud-based services and applications. However, mobile cloud computing faces many challenges, such as security, privacy, and network issues. This paper presents an overview of mobile cloud computing, its benefits, and challenges. We employed a descriptive approach to collect data on various programs and systems that rely on cloud computing, including automated video surveillance systems, health applications, MISSION SWACHHTA, car sharing for delivery and parcel customers, banking applications and systems, e-commerce platforms, big data systems, e-learning systems, and logistic systems.

Title: E-learning and its Relationship to Achievement Motivation among Faculty Members at the College of Graduate Studies at Al-Quds Open University
Authors: Arqoub, Sabah
Abstract: The current study aimed to identify e-learning and its relationship to achievement motivation among faculty members at the College of Graduate Studies at Al-Quds Open University. The study used the descriptive survey method, and to collect data, two scales were developed to measure the variables of the study: the e-learning scale, which consists of (22) items distributed over three axes. They are: (1. the extent of use of e-learning, 2. the positives of e-learning, 3. the negatives of e-learning), and the measure of achievement motivation among faculty members, which consists of (18) items. Their validity and reliability were confirmed, and they were applied to a sample consisting of (59) a member of the teaching staff. The results of the study showed that the reality of e-learning and achievement motivation among faculty members at Al-Quds Open University was at a high level. The results also indicated that there were no statistically significant differences in the reality of e-learning and achievement motivation due to the variable of academic rank, years of experience. The study proposed several recommendations, the most important of which is increasing Al-Quds Open University’s interest in electronic platforms by activating all functions in them and using them continuously.
