Abstract: This study aimed to investigating mental mindfulness and their relationship to creative thinking among teachers of the upper basic stage in Tulkarm Governorate in the light of gender variables, years of experience and qualification, the researcher adopted the descriptive correlative approach as a method for his studyt, the study population consisted of (1140) male and female teachers, and the study sample consisted of (86) male and (102) female teachers. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used two tools to measure mental alertness and creative thinking, and their validity and reliability were verified. The results of the study showed that the level of mental alertness of the teachers of the basic stage reach (3.89), and the results of the study indicated that there were statistically significant differences at the level (α= 0.05) in the arithmetic averages of the level of mental alertness for the gender variable, and they were in favor of males. And there were statistically significant differences in the arithmetic averages of the level of mental alertness for the variable of academic qualification, and they were in favor of graduate studies, and there were statistically significant differences in the arithmetic averages of the level of mental alertness for the variable of years of experience, and they were in favor of less than (5) years, and the results of the study showed that the level of creative thinking among The teachers of the basic stage reach(3.94),The results of the study showed that there were statistically significant differences in the level of creative thinking for the gender variable, and they were in favor of males and there were statistically significant differences for the level of creative thinking for the educational qualification variable, and they were in favor of graduate studies And there were statistically significant differences for the level of creative thinking for the variable of experience, which were in favor of more than (20) years of experience. The results of the study showed a positive, positive direct relationship between the level of mental alertness and the level of creative thinking. The study recommended the necessity of educating teachers and educators about the importance of creative thinking and mental alertness, and working to develop and develop them. And encourage them to use creative thinking in the teaching-learning process.
