Organizational excellence represents a goal pursued by public institutions, while strategic agility, given the external environment's pronounced rapid change and uncertainty, is a necessary requirement to be effectively employed across various contemporary institutions, including public ones, if they intend to satisfy their audience, meet their evolving and diverse needs, and achieve organizational excellence. This is corroborated by the current study, which aimed to explore the impact of strategic agility on organizational excellence in the Palestinian government sector, specifically within a sample of ministries of the Palestinian National Authority, as perceived by senior supervisory employees. The study employed a descriptive-analytical approach and used a questionnaire as the data collection tool. The stratified sampling method was utilized, involving approximately (403) respondents who received the questionnaire. The study found a high level of strategic agility and its dimensions, as well as a high level of organizational excellence. Furthermore, the study identified a positive and significant impact of strategic agility and all its dimensions on organizational excellence. Shared responsibility had the highest impact, followed by intrinsic capabilities, vision clarity, and strategic sensitivity, in that order. The key recommendations derived from this study emphasize the need to enhance the principle of shared responsibility, which entails the importance of strengthening the relationships between the ministry and its external audience. This can be achieved through organizing joint meetings to facilitate active interaction and listening to everyone's opinionsen_US
