The study aimed to investigate the implementation of strategic planning in Palestinian professional football teams from the point of view of professional team board members (experts, technical and administrative staff). It also aimed to identify the differences in their points of view according to years of experience. The researchers designed a questionnaire that measures the strategic planning process in Palestinian teams and used it on a sample consisting of 81 experts, technical staff, and administrative staff. The results show that the strategic planning process is limited due to a poor financial budget. However, the study recommended that it is necessary to provide financial resources for professional Palestinian teams to carry out the development process and to adopt strategic planning processes for Palestinian teams with the assistance of specialists in this field.en_US
