dc.description.abstractThe objective of the study was to identify the level of practice of State high school principals in the suburbs of Jerusalem for the management of distance education and its relationship to their level of motivation for achieving from the teachers' point of view. To achieve the objectives of this study, the researcher followed the mixed methodology based on the analytical descriptive curriculum and the theory rooted in the qualitative curriculum, using identification and interview tools to reach the desired results. (191) Teachers and teachers. The interview targeted (6) teachers. The results of the study related to the level of practice of State secondary school principals in the suburbs of Jerusalem to manage distance education and their level of motivation to complete from a high teacher's point of view. The following four areas of identification are: (Distance education management skills of managers, distance education infrastructure management skills, teachers' satisfaction with the performance of managers during distance education management, and the impact of tele-education management on managers' achievement), with regard to the results of interview questions, the most notable result is that managers' propensity for traditional management patterns has been high. The researcher recommends continuing with programs and courses on distance learning management, keeping abreast of technological developments that concern distance learning management, drawing on the experiences of leading countries in distance learning management, and working to modernize distance learning infrastructureen_US
