The current study aimed to identify e-learning and its relationship to achievement motivation among faculty members at the College of Graduate Studies at Al-Quds Open University. The study used the descriptive survey method, and to collect data, two scales were developed to measure the variables of the study: the e-learning scale, which consists of (22) items distributed over three axes. They are: (1. the extent of use of e-learning, 2. the positives of e-learning, 3. the negatives of e-learning), and the measure of achievement motivation among faculty members, which consists of (18) items. Their validity and reliability were confirmed, and they were applied to a sample consisting of (59) a member of the teaching staff. The results of the study showed that the reality of e-learning and achievement motivation among faculty members at Al-Quds Open University was at a high level. The results also indicated that there were no statistically significant differences in the reality of e-learning and achievement motivation due to the variable of academic rank, years of experience. The study proposed several recommendations, the most important of which is increasing Al-Quds Open University’s interest in electronic platforms by activating all functions in them and using them continuously.en_US
