Abstract: | The study aimed at identifying the degree of verification of knowledge management processes and the degree of satisfaction of job for the government schools teachers in Ramallah and Al-Bireh governorate and identifying the effect of the variables of gender, academic qualification, years of experience, teacher's specialty, and number of school students. The study aimed at identifying the relationship between degree of knowledge management processes and satisfaction of job. The researcher designed an instrument of two parts that include (32) items: the first: (acquire and share knowledge, generation, codification and retention) domains, the second: (job satisfaction). The number of sample is 351 teachers that selected randomly. The findings of the study were a high degree in all domains in knowledge management processes and job satisfaction. There was no significant difference in all domains in knowledge management processes due to years of experience, teacher's specialty, and number of school students and there was a significant difference in all domains in knowledge management processes due to gender in favor of female and in academic qualification variable in acquire and share knowledge domain in favor of have master degree and more. There was no significant difference in all domains of job satisfaction due to academic qualification, years of experience, and number of school students. There was a significant difference in all domains in job satisfaction due to gender in favor of female and in teacher's specialty in favor of scientific specialty. There is a statistically significant correlation between knowledge management processes and job satisfaction. The study recommended the creation of a special department for knowledge management in the ministry of education to organize knowledge management processes in schools. |
