The study aimed at identifying the degree of knowledge management processes involved in smart learning systems at Palestine Technical University from the point of view of faculty members. The study aimed at identifying the effect of the variables of university branch, academic rank, gender and experiences. A questionnaire was developed. The study sample consisted of (82) faculty members. They were chosen in a simple random. The study used the descriptive developmental approach. The results showed that the mean of the responses of the faculty members of knowledge management processes involved in smart learning systems at Palestine Technical University, from the faculty point of view for all domains are medium. The results are significant differences in opinion of the faculty members, due to the university branch of the domain (smart learning systems) in favor of Al-Arrob branch. And there are no differences depending on the variable of the university branch for the rest of the domains. And there were significant differences in opinion of the faculty members due to the academic rank of the domains (organizing and storing knowledge, knowledge retrieval and sharing) in favor of Assistant Professor. And there are no differences depending on the variable of the academic rank for the rest of the domains. And there were significant differences due to the gender of the domains (knowledge diagnosis and creation, smart learning systems) in favor of male. And there are no differences depending on the variable of the gender for the rest of the domains. There were significant differences due to the variable of the experience of the domain (knowledge diagnosis and creation) between the experience (Less than 5 years and from 5 years to 10 years) in favor of experience (Less than 5 years) and between the experience (from 5 years to 10 years and more than 10 years) in favor of experience (more than 10 years). And the differences of domain (organizing and storing knowledge) between the experience (from 5 years to 10 years and more than10 years) in favor of experience (more than 10 years). And there are no differences depending on the variable of the experience for the rest of the domains. The study recommended for the university to support the distinguished human capital from faculty members.en_US
