dc.description.abstractThe study aimed to evaluate the institutional performance of the Jordanian Ministry of Youth -An evaluation view of the directors of youth centers,To achieve this, the researchers used the descriptive approach and the questionnaire as a tool for collecting data and information from a random sample of (112) managers of youth centers in Jordan.At an average level and there were no differences in the evaluation according to the status of the center (young men and women), while the study found statistical differences according to the variable of the center’s location in favor of the village over the city.en_US
