dc.description.abstractThe study sought to identify the reality of services in private Palestinian sports health clubs, and the extent of their contribution to defining service programs through the programs they provide to their patrons, as well as to identify the estimates of the study sample members in evaluating service programs in private sports clubs from the point of view of affiliated members with different variables of gender, age, Academic qualification, participation status. Period of participation. The study community consisted of (554) members affiliated with private clubs in the northern governorates, as indicated by the club records. The health dimension), and the questionnaire was applied to a stratified random sample of–male and female members, and the researcher used the descriptive analytical method for its suitability and the nature of the study. The results showed that the arithmetic mean value of the response amounted to (3.63), and the health dimension came in first place (3.78), the sports dimension came in second place (3.70), the social dimension came in third place (3.54), and the economic dimension came in fourth place (3.52). The results also indicated that there were no differences in evaluating service programs in private sports clubs according to the age variable, while there were statistically significant differences in the economic dimension between males and females and in favor of males. Statistically significant differences found in the sports dimension between a permanent member and a temporary member in favor of the permanent member. The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences attributed to the educational qualification variable in the fields of the sports and economic and the health dimensions, while there were statistically significant differences in the field of the social dimension. The study recommended encouraging family participation in health sports clubs to increase the number of participants, and providing sufficient sports equipment in proportion to the number of participantsen_US
