Abstract: The study aimed to identify the relationship between psychological flow and academic ambition among a sample of postgraduate students in the universities of Hebron Governorate. The researcher used the relational descriptive approach, and the study population consisted of all postgraduate students in the universities of Hebron Governorate, who numbered (1335) male and female students, and the study was conducted on a sample of (188) students, available sample, and the study used the psychological flow meter and the academic ambition scale, and the results showed that the level of psychological flow among a sample of graduate students in the universities of Hebron Governorate was large, and that the level of academic ambition they had was great. The results also showed the existence of a positive statistically significant positive relationship between psychological flow and academic ambition among a sample of graduate students in the universities of Hebron Governorate, where the correlation coefficient of the relationship between them reached (0.75) in statistical significance (0.00). In light of the findings of the study, the researcher came up with a set of recommendations, the most important of which are: hose in charge of the educational process in universities should work to maintain the level of psychological flow among students by providing factors in the educational environment that work to increase psychological flow and the level of academic ambition among students.
