Abstract: This study aimed to assess the level of higher education governance in both Palestinian and Bahraini universities, and then investigated the relationship of education governance Higher support for scientific research. The study sample included all Palestinian and Bahraini universities, and the number of collected and valid questionnaires reached For analysis (29) questionnaire. Using a set of statistical measures, the study found modest indicators of higher education governance in universities. Palestinian and Bahraini universities, and found a positive relationship between the level of higher education governance and support for scientific research efforts in these universities, and accordingly The study presented a set of recommendations.
