Abstract: The study aimed to identify achievement motivation and its relationship to the level of academic achievement from the point of view of primary school teachers in Tulkarm Governorate, Palestine. The researchers used the descriptive correlative approach, and the study sample consisted of (230) male and female teachers, who were chosen by the available sample method by means of the electronic questionnaire (Google Form). The level of academic achievement among the students of the basic stage from the teachers’ point of view in Tulkarm is also high, and the results showed a strong direct correlation relationship with statistical significance between the achievement motivation and the level of academic achievement among the students of the basic stage from the teachers’ point of view, where the Pearson correlation coefficient reached (0.83), and The results showed a statistically significant difference in achievement motivation and its relationship to academic achievement according to the gender variable, and it was in favor of females. , while the results showed that there is no statistically significant difference between the opinions of the study sample about achievement motivation and its relationship to the level of academic achievement of primary school students from the point of view of their teachers due to the variables (age, specialization, and qualification). The study recommended the necessity for the teacher to enhance achievement motivation among his students in the basic stage.
