Abstract: The purpose of the study is to investigate the level of scientific research skills among graduate students in the faculties of education at Palestinian universities as perceived by faculty members in the summer semester of 2019/2020. The descriptive survey approach was used, through a questionnaire administrated on all faculty members who supervises graduate students and discuss their dissertations totaling (54) faculty members. The questionnaire consisted of (52) items divided into five domains: study topic, literature, and previous studies. Methodology, findings and discussion as well as references. The findings; of the study showed: that the level of scientific research skills of graduate students in the Faculties of Education in Palestinian universities as perceived by faculty members was in a big level, as the mean totaled (3.5). the results also showed that there are no significant statistical differences attributable to gender and years of experience, and there are differences attributable Due to the effect of the academic rank variable between the assistant professor and the associate professor in favor of the assistant professor, as well as there are differences between the professor and assistant professor, the in favor of an assistant professor. The researchers recommended the necessity of strengthening the research skills of graduate students through holding research training courses, and enhancing the role of faculty members who supervise students' dissertations and theses.
