Abstract: The study aimed to identify the level of workplace spirituality, the level of the two types of job passion, and toverify the correlation between them, and to reveal the differences in workplace spirituality, and the two types of job passion according to the gender variable. For the purposes of the study, the researcher prepared two tools for the study: the workplace spirituality scale, and the two types of job-passion scale. The results of the study showed a very high level of workplace spirituality, and the harmonious passion type, while the level of the obsessive passion type came at a medium level, and the results showed a positive correlation Between the dimensions of workplace spirituality and the harmonious passion type, and the existence of a negative correlation between the dimensions of workplace spirituality and the obsessive passion type, and the results indicated that there were no differences in the workplace spirituality and the two job passion types according to the gender variable
