Abstract: The study aimed at identifying the impact of the Quality of Work-life on Organizational performance and commitment of the municipal employees of the northern West Bank. Descriptive approach was followed by distributing a questionnaire to a sample of (351) employees. After data collection and analysis, the results showed that the degree of availability of the dimensions of the Quality of Work-life was medium, while the study showed that the degree of performance of the employees was also medium and it revealed The study showed that the degree of organizational commitment among employees was medium, while the study showed a positive linear relationship between the degree of availability of Quality of Work-life dimensions and organizational performance and commitment among employees in the municipalities of Jenin and Qalqilya governorates. The study also found that there is a statistically significant effect of the overall degree of availability Quality of Work-life dimensions (Work environment conditions, wages and bonuses, work teams, employee participation, job security) on employee performance and organizational commitment. While it was no statistically significant effect at the significance level (α≤ 0.05) for the two dimensions ( work teams and employee participation) on the level of performance and the level of organizational commitment The study recommended that the Municipal Administration should work continuously to enhance the quality of work life., albeit slightly, because employees are always looking for a better level of quality of work life, and municipalities work on continuous monitoring of the reality of quality of work life from the point of view of employees.
